The Peaks Of My Summer.

Eversince summer school started, it's been a crazy, yet sane ride.

Every morning Karllyn picks me up at approximately 6:30a and we pick up Robert after. What I've noticed is that we always have our breakfast in the car while we head to school. Kind of funny, but I think it's awesome how our brain thinks the same. I eat my fruits and croissant while she has breakfast pizza and rolls. On our way to pick up Robert, we have our girly conversations talking about guys and the drama outside our lives. It feels amazing to not have drama within our friendships around us and it's just comforting knowing that we're living our lives like we're suppose to be and not stuck in the past of our high school lives. It's not like I've had much drama myself but just seeing other people initiating drama and gossip themselves is just pathetic and can get very annoying.

As soon as we get to Rob's house, he jumps in and we head to the zip lane. Oh, the zip lane. It hasn't felt like a zip lane lately with all the people driving slow and breaking so often. Then there's the Nimitz highway. Today we took S. King to get to UH and it's faster rather than turning into Kapiolani then University. We go to our classes, I go to work then we head home, or hang around my building or have dinner.

Although I don't get to spend the summer lazing around in bed or enjoying the beach or shopping everyday, I'm thankful that I'm taking summer school and working at both the SGD Lab and Shiro's. Not only am I getting my Chemistry requirement over with during the two summer sessions, but I'm also earning money to save and spend before the next school year starts. Especially now that I'm losing weight faster than I've ever thought I would, I can go shopping for new clothes.

But anyways, hanging out with these two are always fun. Never a dull moment. There's Karllyn, the indecisive one, Robert the "Oh, lookee me!" and me, the unusually lucky one. I will actually admit that my summer is better than for those who are lazing around the house and not doing anything. I'm so blessed with amazing friends and family that keep me sane and help me throughout the day.
